2. Clinical Boundaries and Emergencies Soluna Insights provides psychological evaluation and assessment services. Our digital communication channels, including email and SMS text messaging, are strictly for administrative, scheduling, and logistical purposes. These channels are not monitored for medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you or your child are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately.
3. SMS / Mobile Text Messaging Terms By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Soluna Insights via our secure intake forms, you agree to the following mobile terms:
Program Description: Soluna Insights will send text messages primarily for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and links to secure, HIPAA-compliant clinical documents.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your evaluation schedule and administrative needs.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will send one final message confirming your unsubscribe status. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you actively opt back in.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Soluna Insights is not responsible for the successful delivery of text messages by your mobile carrier.
